Phase One
Reclaiming the complex, deconstructing the blacksmith barn (sadly) and selling the lumber from the original structure to raise funds for a new barn construction.
Howard County permits to hook up public sewer have been approved for the Barn to grow into it's new life (with dreams of a functioning bathroom in it's hopeful future!!!).
